Hey, what is the range of salary bracket for Paytm TPM. I currently have 5.5 years of total experience.
Ex Paytm employee here Why the hell u want to destroy ur life?
Any particular reasons for it. Is it in terms of work style or any other reasons ?
I really want to give some good feedback about Paytm work environment but unfortunately there is none.

Do anything you want, just don't get into paytm. Heavily toxic culture. Senior management is f0ked up. It's a total corporate mess here.
Never ever join paytm if you want to learn and grow, i mean there is no culture even exist here. It's just a code factory where anyone is writing any kind of shit and then debugging those errors late night with whole team needs to be involved the the call.
Why u want to switch from amazon to paytm? Paytm if not more, is as toxic as amazon with a lesser pay.
Primary reason being to explore b2c side of products, with paytm being one of the biggest in this area. Any thoughts on work culture for PayTm ?
That doesn't make sense. If you want to explore b2c stay at Amazon. Just simply change teams. Amazon retail, go, prime, music, IMDb, pay, fresh, food, mini tv etc etc. Many more are b2c.
