Looking to get more information from someone who has worked/ working at Paytm. 1. How is the company culture? Overall on glasdoor and blind, it is negative. Want to understand what makes it negative? 2. How is the ESOP policy? Typically how much esops are given to avp, vp roles? 3. How is the hierarchy structure? How big are teams within a VP org? What are the internal level like MG? Does it mean anything? 4. What are some growing teams within Paytm? 5. What is the typical salary band of avps or Vps? Tc: 59lakhs Yoe 10 years
1. Yes it is actually negative. Appraisals are delayed and very poor. Mid management lacks ownership. High attrition at engineer level. Everyone is just trying to pass the buck. Lead and manager will focus on creating a temp workaround for a problem rather than a proper fixes 2. No idea 3. VP can have around 40-60 engineers in his team. But alse depends on which team you are joining. 4. Wont comment on that 5. There were some older posts on Paytm VP salary. That might give you some idea.
Thanks
