No point in talking about it, they say they have an algorithm to determine your raise from you evaluation, I don't know of anyone that managed to discuss salary. Your best bet is to negotiate well when you enter.
If you pick a good team, you're going to have a good time at BB. Good WLB and lot's to learn (although some of the infra is a bit outdated)
TC, but especially early TC is tilted to base.
The worse split I had was 70-30 base-bonus. As you grow the bonus percentage will grow.
