If I was out on a PIP and didn’t come out of it and it’s out on my permanent record. Am I blacklisted from working with the company moving forward?

It depends on the company, but generally you can't return without high-level approval (that isn't going to happen). Why would you want to return to a company that PIP'd you?

If I were pushed out of LinkedIn, I probably wouldn't want to return but I might want to work for another Microsoft company one day.
