Perks @ the Atlanta Google office
I’m considering taking a job at the Atlanta Google office. All the famous perks at Google are available at the mothership back in Mountain View but which of these perks are available in the Google Atlanta office? I know we get food, but what about others such as gym, haircut, laundry service, massages, etc? Would feel cheated if at least a few of these others weren’t available because it’s part of the dream for working at Google. Before people start saying stuff like you can afford those things on your google salary. Yes I can but I’m going for the full legendary Google experience here.
How many haircuts do you want anyway 😂
I just like the idea of stepping away for 15 min and getting a haircut instead of specifically going to a hair salon on the weekend or something. I know, it’s a 1st world problem.
And then you would have to go back home for a shower anyway. Of course I get it though. We always desire for things that we might get

Why don't you ask the recruiter you working with? It is a legitimate question that shows where you interests are...
He did list a few but I think they were more generic to overall Google but not specific to Atlanta. Not big enough of a deal to bring it up to the recruiter. Figured blinders here would rise up to the inquiry.
Is it a sales & professional services office. Do they have software development?
If you want the "full legendary Google experience", you should move to MTV.
Maybe one day but for now I’m rooted in the ATL

MTV is actually the worst campus. I liked all the other ones I've been to more.
Why is it the worst? Overcrowded?
Do you have an offer already? What’s the role/comp? I didn’t know G was hiring engineers in ATL. Some Atlanta business news site has reported Google is looking to lease something like 200k sqft at the top of a new tower that’s under construction in midtown, so the office should be nice and new at least.

Whao. Really? My friends at Google keep telling me those are free. Also they've said day care is free....
Yeah I thought they were free as well until recently. Was it always charged or a recent change? Either way, are they available as a service in Atlanta for the convenience?
