I am in the process of starting my perm application.I joined my company as a new grad. I came to the US for my masters degree directly after my undergrad. I acquired some of the skills required for my current job via an on campus job as I couldn't get an internship in a tech company that time. There were a few issues and the web application that I was working on could not get completed due to which I was not in good terms with my supervisor. Should I include that experience in my perm application? Would I be asked to submit letters? I don't think I can ask them for a letter. If I don't include it in my perm application, are there any negative consequences? #perm #greencard #citizenship
Did you figure out how to get those letters? I'm in the same situation
Yes ofcourse, what stops from including it? If you dont include it, less number of calls. Include it like you worked on it, and it is still going through some changes for final release.
The question is for my perm process, am worried that I may not be able to get a letter from my supervisor. This is the only reason I am a bit hesitant to include it.
