Anyone have experience with a person/service that helps you find clothes that would look good on you? Curious what's out there in terms of cost and level of service provided

Nordstrom does. I haven't personally tried it but heard good reviews from friends. You pay for stuff you buy. The service is free
If something is free, then it should be mediocre
