PgM Job Hunt: Advice and Support

ex: Google (4 yrs), TikTok.(1.5), Meta (1.5), Cisco (3), Oracle (5), Startup (2) - a mix of contracts and FT. SOS: I'm not getting interviews at all! Resume seems to be solid with quantifiable results though not too technical. Is it the market? Or am I old goods? 44 yr old. Female. Straight. Single w/kids. I'm staying positive, yet getting low-ball ($40/hr) hybrid contract offers in Bay Area is super discouraging. My applications getting declined without even getting to the 1st call. Should I hop on AI wagon? Any advice or referral is appreciated! Thank you! #referral #jobhunt TC on good days $180K, now $120K

Also a PgM (or TPM) here. PgM / TPM is the most generic role in tech. Right now recruiters are looking for candidates that align in the scope of work that they did. Your experiences or the projects you worked on needs to align with what the Hiring Manager(or team) is looking for. My suggestion: Analyze the type of projects/programs you lead. Not just the XYZ formula. Were they Legal/Compliance, Employee experience, ITIL, process improvement, business intelligence, etc Make different versions of your resume, that focuses on each of those narratives. Then based on Job description specifics, align the version of your resume that fits the best. The market is still competitive, but this strategy will give you an edge. Good luck!

Same boat, OP. Laid off 2 months ago. Mind if I DM you? Sometimes it helps to talk to people going through the same sh*t.
