Pinterest L4 vs MSFT L63
I have two offers - Pinterest for L4 and Microsoft Level 63. (Both in Seattle) Which one would be better for a career move?

What is your situation in Microsoft? What are you going to do if join Pinterest? Does it align with your long term goal? Without such details, really hard to say.

Asking for advice while not offering TC is basically a free loader. This is the basic etiquette of Blind. Don't be a jerk.
I’d go with Pinterest just bc being with a company as they go through IPO would be a cool experience; ultimately they will both provide a learning opportunity and look good on the resume
This. Pinterest will be a more interesting experience and give you a better idea of what you like and don’t like about working at a certain company for your future career. Microsoft is just Microsoft.
Do expect faster iterations, less processes and more chaos, I believe half of your package will be paper money but MSFT stock is cash equivalent
