Pipped Googler applying for other companies
Imagine an L4 Googler who got pipped due to politics. The catch is that he created an open source library that has millions of downloads. He also graduated from UC Berkeley in eecs degree with industry 6 yoe. Will this guy be fine applying for senior positions elsewhere

I thought UCB was S-tier? All of my friends that graduated from there are either working at FAANG or doing their own startup.
