Plaid internal valuation
Since Plaid hasn't raised any outside capital after April 2021, how would one know the real/internal valuation of the company. As example, Stripe, it's closest competitor in the space saw it's internal valuation plunge by 28% according to news reports (https://www.nytimes.com/2022/07/14/technology/stripe-payments-startup-valuation.html). Has Plaid gone through a valuation internally? How much did it's internal valuation drop?

409a max lifetime is 1 year and they probably did one at the time of raise april 2021. so probably the valuation has been marked down.
Plaid valuation should be 0. Do not ever give your bank password to a 3rd party that colludes with banks and bypasses 2fa.
Yeah bro that’s not how any of that works. Plaid connections to banks is via API. Try setting up your Chase Bank on Robinhood, you’re putting your password into chase.com, not giving it to plaid. If you’re concerned about giving plaid your info, that just means your bank doesn’t have api.Perhaps you should switch to a better bank.
You should never give your bank password or credentials to anyone who is not your bank. It's the most obvious security principle. 2fa is another sacred cyber security principle being sacrificed. Plaid should never ask users to commit these security sins. When Plaid gets hacked by North Korea and all your bank accounts are pwned there will be a lot of crying from you Gen Z morons. In general EquityZen does show higher price per share during initial outreach to potential buyers. Wait for a few months, they'll do a follow-up round at lower price/valuation.
