I am planning to visit to Boise for a week in April 1st week. I need some information of the places to visit near by. Also, will it be good idea to visit national parks in UTAH?
If you’ve got the time, McCall is outstanding.
Nice... I did not knew about this, looked at the pictures and that's amazing.
I love Boise and have been there a lot in summer for backpacking in the National Forest. Lots of places in all directions. Not much of national parks you can visit in Boise are .. but consider craters of the moon, city of rocks etc. drive to Stanley for great views of sawtooths. Anything deep into the mountains is out of question as most non essential roads are snowed in
As of Utah, early May is a good time. Some of the nice roads aren’t open yet
Good to know these places, I always thought there is nothing to do in Idaho :P
