First up. See I am ex databricks. There is no conflict of interest for me to misrepresent. That thread does not have specifics. I personally think it might be posted for trolling, shenanigan purpose. We can ask why. Lastly my personal experience with databricks is fantastic. Wlb is good and opportunities and upside are huge. The only issue is ipo but people know it is the market, high interest rate, war to blame. Culture is still quite cohesive
