I wouldn't join vmware considering the deal will get finalised before you even join. Your offer letter might get invalidated and you might be serving your notice period, putting you on a tough spot. Also, depends on what org you will be joining, if its OCTO, just stay away🪓 Considering its 100k, you will get that with any other company for senior role. How many years of experience you have?

Wow those are great numbers for Ireland in general.
I'm pretty sure max base salary for that role in Ireland is 115k or 120k. Try bump it up to 115k as I am sure that is within the range for that role. 100k is probably lower end of the range. I also know you can get 10k sign on bonus if you say you have a competing offer, but this could involve risk.

If your base is 100k your bonus should be 17k as it is 17% for smts
