All in Seattle: Amazon SDE II: ~208K TC/year (152K base /50+30K bonus/80 RSU) (without negotiation) Zulily Senior SDE: ~200K TC/year (155k/year base, rest in stock) (after negotiation) Start-up in abuse/fraud domain: ~160K base (+20k stock options/year. Strike price: 0.33$) (after negotiation) Current TC: 90K (low col area) YOE: 4
Def try to negotiate amazon to around 230-240
Suggesting to negotiate on base/RSU or both? They said something max base is 160K.
Max base for amazon in seattle is always 160k regardless of role/level. Ask for more stock or signing
You can def get amazon up a little, but I wouldnt push TOO hard at only 4yoe. For your experience, those are great!
Amazon RSU and signing bonus can be a lot higher. Try asking for more.
