Hey blinders , I need urgent help . I have to decide between offers today . I am really confused from last week . Any help from you guys is highly appreciated . Please right in comments if possible. I've 3 offers which I'm considering right now . 1. Oye Rickshaw A very early stage indian startup . SDE 1 role 14 LPA TC . Perks : is in the same city I live in . No need for relocation . Fine work life balance . Drawbacks : Not a good brand for resume . Low security . 2. Ola : bigger product based company . Indian Unicorn . SDE 1 14 LPA TC Perks : good brand name for resume . Drawbacks : bad wlb/ reviews . Need to relocate ( although my sister lives in that starte making it a bit less difficult) . 3. Hashedin by Deloitte Service based company . Software Engineer 2 14 LPA Perks : higher role /position , great work life balance Drawbacks : service based company, difficult relocation. I'm really confused and would appreciate any input from you guys . Yoe :1.3 TC : 7.2 LPA
None of them. But Ola is the better option if at all you have to choose

I would recommend HashedIn. In Ola there's very less new development going on. And absolutely no work life balance. Everyone here are trying to leave asap. Most of the good people who developed the systems have already left.
Though ola got some bad reviews but it seems best from given options
