I don’t know much about India election system but doesn’t matter much for us in tech in the US. Unless you’re remote or working in a random startup living in a swing state like Ohio (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elections_in_Ohio#:~:text=Since%201896%2C%20however%2C%20Ohio%20has,in%20consecutive%20elections%20since%201848.) for those of us in CA, WA, or NY (surely the bulk of Google US, and most tech/big tech), the vote will go democrat regardless of your vote and the same number of electorates will go to Biden.
