Up to 350k-400k RSU max at ict4 level. I don’t know FB refresher but here average is 100k. Top performers get 130-150k.

FB can go max till 600k RSU with offer from G. Sign on max 100k. This is last year max, not sure if things changed.

Is the Apple team embedded software related? What about FB? One thing to think about is you don’t want to get pigeon holed and labeled as someone who can only do embedded software, because it’ll male it hard to move as you get more senior. I think if you go to FB you’ll have more doors open to you 5 years from now, and you’ll also probably have more money on the bank.

Best way to find out is to walk away from the deal. Tell Apple you are going to FB. Watch them shit the bed.
Let apple know that you do have a competing offer on the table that offers more, but that you would much rather go with Apple, but you need to weigh in krona company that also recognizes your worth. Odds are Apple will increase base by 7%-12% and increase the sign on bonus. But for RSU, 500k vesting over 4 years is tough to beat.
