Employees hold peanuts if you check their S-1! The board (especially the three founders) hold the majority. The founders actually in fact filed to SEC that they plan on buying up some shares so it's pretty obvious the actual selling won't happen from the insider side. Instead, we will likely see artificial selling from external sources out of fear/sentiment.
