Portugal Golden Visa program is likely to end soon
Announced yesterday it's going to end but no concrete timeline yet, there will be public discussion for 1 month and then a decision or update will be given on 3/16/2023. Folks, if you were looking into getting a Golden Visa in Portugal you might need to act accordingly. Why? This was an awesome idea. Oh well, Spain just started theirs or is close to rolling it out, Spain is a great alternative for folks who would’ve been interested in this.
Sure, for folks with at least 500k € to invest, Spain is a great alternative. Though my sources tell the ROI in properties in Spain are not as high as Portugal
