Pre-IPO FinTech Darlings: Salaries for Non-SWE

Hey. Anyone have salary ranges for “non” software engineers? Preferably in marketing or some other corporate function. Looking at the top three fintech startups, pre ipo. I lead a marketing function: like “Creative.” 14 YoE. Not sure what to suggest for base and RSUs (either valuation or # of).
