Agreed. We need more babies!

The free market will solve this. Businesses that fire (insert type of minority) people who provide equal output to that of the majority, will be forced to hire another majority employee. This next majority employee will demand slightly higher salary. A small number of companies that do not discriminate will tend to hire the minority more as the minority will be willing to work for a lower rate. Due to the (profitable) arbitrage performed by the companies who don’t discriminate, inequality between the income of the minority and the majority will disappear. I refuse to believe that there aren’t enough greedy capitalists performing arbitrage. Anyone who thinks there aren’t enough of them has the burden of proof. Of course this argument assumes equal output between the two groups. If this assumption is false then the market prices of labor between the groups should naturally vary.

uhhhh...YOU have the burden of proof. Why? Because we can objectively measure that these differences have not, in fact, been arbitraged away. That is objective fact.

Arbitrage negating any mispricing in the market is a commonly accepted fact. If the differences haven’t been arbitraged away, it means that either: - you’re measuring wrong Or, - there is a fundamental difference between the productivity of the two groups
