Prime Video spuriously "detects" a VPN because T-Mobile Home Internet translates IPv4 across the IPv6 network. It then refuses to play titles when viewed in a browser. Your Video Customer Service is apparently distinct from regular Amazon CS, and can't wrap their heads around the issue, much less offer a solution. I'm going to dump Prime because of this, and your propensity for shoving ads into everything. Ads for unrelated products in a product detail page, in search results, prior to playing video, in Fire TV, in email. Amazon just isn't fun to use anymore.
Maybe you have a very old phone or device? Never had this issue
Amazon prime doesn't have any ad issues. On the other hand, now a days YouTube has ad every few minutes.
It's actually not Amazon's fault. All streamers use 3rd parties for IP geolocation service, and none of those services are good at dealing with mobile IPs. Mobile operators recycle IP addresses all the time, so one moment you're in Phoenix and the next moment you're in Puerto Rico.
I don’t have an issue with any streaming service. Might be a setting you have

I don’t have that issue. Watching “Wolf of Wall Street” as I type this.
