I received an offer for a principal systems engineer role near Baltimore MD at Northrop Grumman and wanted to see if this is a good role for someone with just over 5 years of experience in Aerospace and Defense at Lockheed? Salary: 130k Sign on: 25k Full relocation package

Define full relocation package? Uncapped relocation or 20k standard relo? Also how much pto did they give you? New hires start off at 40/80. Edit: I think depending on the group MD location is great for learning mbse and systems engineering.

Nah. My experience at a startup says otherwise. Penny pinching companies also tend to expect the most out of you, because they cannot afford coasters.
