I have been interviewing at Illumina since 2019 very seriously. And I keep failing to get past the video interviews or phone interviews. I went onsite last summer but failed to convert. Any process engineers from Illumina here who can help out/ give advice TC 150, YOE 3

What level are you applying for? Illumina interviews aren't super clear cut like a lot of FAANG ones, there a bunch of skilled candidates and a lot of it can boil down to personability as well as sheer luck (other candidates have experience that better matches the role, etc). Also, out of curiosity, any particular reason you want to leave Intel?
I really want to be in San Diego :) for personal reasons. And I know several people who work in illumina and like what they do.
I have been applying since I was in grad school, so I have applied to all the NCG roles as well as the senior roles ( 1-3 years experience)
