How good /bad is Monthly salary of 12K fixed + 2K variable SG Dollar salary in Singapore for Grab Product Management role? Have exp of 8 years in Product Management

What is the TC they offered
I know someone offered a senior PM role with Grab which TC would be about 18K SGD TC per month. However most of their work experience is from Bay Area which they think more highly of.
SG is crazy expensive though. Salary itself is good but 12K a month will go quick.

12k per months is good salary. Your rent is going to be around 2500 sgd. food is cheap as fuck. Income tax is as low as 7% so you will end up saving 7-8k sgd
