Product analyst Google - Phone Screen
Hi Googlers, Recruiter has reached out to me for a product analyst role at Google. I would really appreciate if someone can share more about the interview process and what you cam expect. I have been said, first round will be a technical interview with product analyst in Data science team. 1. Will there be coding questions, if yes should i prepare foe SQL /R as I'm not much familiar with python? 2. Is there any other area, I should be preparing i.e Statistics, ML or etc.. Is there any website or good resource which i should refer to practise for the interview? Would really appreciate any help/ direction here. They'll test you for SQL and stats in your phone screen.

Don't do it. The role absolutely sucks and there is very little you can do to get out of it once you're in it.
That's way high for L5. That's more like Data Scientist L5. L5 PA gets paid between L4 and L5 DS based on the amount of whining there is in every meeting where both ladders come up.
Basically I'm telling you that PA gets paid less than DS. An L5 PA is going to be paid somewhere between an L4 DS and an L5 DS. If you want exact bands, you need to ask your recruiter. If the position is based in CA they are now required by law to tell you the band at least for base pay.
