Mark wants to go into Metaverse. So he invested a lot into it (IR department I guess? The department form Metaverse) It clearly doesn’t work out. So a lot of IR is laid off or will be. It is kinda of the same result as PIP. So the product you work on defines your performance. If the you work on Instagram, the feeding is not good. You will be laid off. If you work on Stadia in Google, it is not good. You will be laid off. People don’t want to accept things beyond their ability actually affect them. But that’s true.
