Profile pass to hiring committee -Meta
I just was told that my profile is going to hiring committee, I dont have any expectation but would like to know what it means? Like the interviewers had positive feedback? PS: they asked for a reference, would it make anything to increase my chance?
Congrats. Now once you’re through the HC, they discuss compensation and hand out the offer if everything looks good.

Yep, I got an offer a few years ago so I’ve been through a similar process.
Do you know what they discuss? Anything I can do at this point?
When did you get told that you got moved to HC? I was told last Thursday but still don’t have an update yet.
I got rejected but they told me I was close to pass. Not sure what it meant and they say it to everyone else as well. Anyway I learnt and gain some experience hopefully next time

yea it means that you didnt get straight up rejected by interviewers so you didnt do terrible. Their feedbacks are sent to HC and its up to them to decide if you get the offer
