Program Manager Facebook E4 based on experience?
I am curious what level Facebook would place me at. I have 7 years experience in marketing and project management. What level would I be placed at and are mid level professionals offered a sign on bonus to?

guofudiyi Jun 1, 2019The IC4 will be rotational PM, you have to rotate to different teams to prove you are a good PM. Most MBA grads get IC5 directly.
I couldn’t say for sure (I’m an eng and not PM), but you could be leveled at IC4 or IC5 (IC is short for “Individual Contributor”). I joined Facebook as an E4 engineer and I got a significant sign on bonus. This was after negotiation involving a competing offer from Google.
