Program Manager to Product Manager

I am currently working as a program manager at Amazon since 2 years. I have prior experience of 5 years before Amazon but in tech industry as a senior engineer. I am exploring to understand if there are any courses that would help me prepare for the product management role. I have seen different courses availabke online in product school, ecornell etc but I am not sure of the worth. Can anyone wirking on product management share insights on the preparation strategy and what is required to be successful on the role.? Thanks much.
