Progyny benefits?
Which companies offer progyny or similar benefits? Even if not progyny if your company has an excellent plan, feel free to comment on why. Not the usual PPO. Also comment on other benefits such as child, elder care etc that might be offered. Which of these companies offer plans that allow you to put your parents on the health insurance? (so far I came across none). Unlimited vacation? I'm in the market for a new job and want to factor this in, because I need it. At this stage in my life these perks matter more than free food, gym and chill and a 15-20 percent higher TC. Just to make this easier for everyone else I'm going to edit this post to make the list comprehensive as I get replies. Progyny: Amazon - 1cycle Facebook Uber - 3 cycles Salesforce - 3 cycles, 40k surrogacy Google - 4 cycles Microsoft- 2 cycles VMware - 3 cycles Pinterest - 2 cycles, 20k surrogacy Lyft- 1 cycle, 20k surrogacy Stripe - 20k (?) Capital one - 3 cycles, 35k surrogacy (winfertility) Nike - unlimited until one successful pregnancy Other: Astrazeneca - IVF/ egg freezing covered after 3 IUIs or after the age of 37 but you pay for freezing (I didn't use this perk - did it with my previous company Progyny benefits through COBRA). Also all of my egg freezing drugs were covered - has excellent drug coverage. All AZ drugs are free. Vacation: Salesforce - unlimited
Vmware progyny 3 smart cycle.
I flipped through three companies during my process: 1) Progyny w/ 1 cycle +20k towards surrogacy. 2) 20k carrot. 3) Salesforce w/ 3 progyny cycles +40k towards surrogacy. We used the first and second company benefits in full and will use salesforce 20k towards the tail-end of our surrogacy

C1 uses Winfertility - 3 cycles (includes most costs with voluntary egg freezing), 35k surrogacy/adoption

Microsoft offers actually 3 cycles including all the medication - if your first cycle is not successful they will unlock an additional cycles making it 3. Good luck 🍀 this is a tough process.
I wonder, what's a successful cycle? Is it having mature eggs? How many? What if you have mature eggs but need a second one because it isn't enough? Hard to say right?
I think it is “successful pregnancy”. Third cycle was approved with successful embryos (but no implantation attempts yet).

Amazon and Microsoft both use Progeny. Another thing I recently learned. If you use progeny at one company and switch, it restarts your cycles. Amazon uses progeny, but you only get 1 cycle. My wife used the cycle unsuccessfully. I recently switched to Microsoft, they provide 2 cycles with progeny and the 1 we used through Amazon didn't count. We just finished up the egg retrieval and will be doing implantation next month.

Also is it because the Amazon cycle was on behalf of your wife? If she had moved to MS would it be the same? If both of you worked at Amazon would you be able to leverage 2 cycles?
