First post. Please be nice. I am a Full Stack Developer working at a small startup in Canada for around 2.5 years. Was hired as an intermediate developer. We have a small dev team . I love the company have learned and grown alot in these 2.5 years. But now I want to grow career wise as well. I am more inclined towards leadership roles. I brought it up with my Manager at the start of this year and he said that he need to start thinking about team structure. But it seems like the team is too small to have an Eng. Manager and a team lead. Now how should I ask him that atleast change my title to Senior? I don't want to sound petty or pester my manager with it. Yoe: 6y TC: CAD 105K
