Promotion or switch company?
My company is putting me For Promotion In Next Cycle As A Sr. Software Engineer While I Was Thinking Of Switching Company. Should I Stay Or Switch? My Concern Is Since I Am Interested In Moving From Non-faang To Faang I Wont Get A Sr. Software Engineer. But the TC would Be Much More Compared To Promotion in the same Company. Yoe: 4yr In Usa, 3yr In india
just apply for senior role in fang, if you could get it great, if not get then promote to senior and apply again. Interviewing can take a while anyway
