If you can fully support the other, Iโm for not working spouse. It allows just one person to manage the stress of working and money while the other manages the stress of managing the house. Itโs a needed balance imo

Both working means both can stop working sooner.
How do you manage households chores, children and work?
Kids - we only have 1. Folks we know with 2 and are handling it fine have either a nanny or very involved grandparents. Chores - automate or outsource. I have robot vacuums that also mop running everyday. I also have a pickup/drop off laundry service. Generally I look for gadgets or organizers to make doing stuff easier. Work - don't let your identity rely too much on it.
