Public to Private stock transition
When Waymo/Cruise moved from Google / GM stock publicly traded RSU to Private stocks, what happened to employee's unvested stocks? Did it also convert or did they honor what was given to you on employment offer letter?
NIO won’t make it. Don’t hold out hope on going private.
