Hi, I will be interviewed for the Experienced Associate (Healthcare Data and Analytics Technology) role. There would be three video interviews (different days) by manager, senior manager and director next week. I want to know what will the interviewer(s) look at for such roles? Just resume walkthrough or technical questions? It’s just a 45mins call each and the HR hasn’t mentioned anything in the scheduling emails. I have never been through this process in a top consulting firm so I am nervous. Any tips would be great! Thanks. #consulting #associate #interview
Make sure to check the PwC principles. You will definitely have some behavioral questions in each of the interviews. Also expect technical questions based on the experience which you have mentioned in your resume.
Would there be any coding questions? Or theoretical questions based on the skills I’ve added to my resume?
I would be surprised if there would be a coding question. More walk things like "walk me through a problem that you solved using skill x" and then asking many probing questions. I heard some teams give people case studies that they then solve on their own for 30-45 min and then present them out but not sure if the data and analytics team does that.
It is highly dependent on the team and the person who interviews you. Some teams have standard cases / interview questions, others don't. You can ask the recruiter for what to expect. If they don't answer, expect a 1-3 behavioural questions similar to the Amazon STAR ones about leadership, business acumen, technical capabilities. I would also expect them to ask details about any experience that's related to data and analytics on your CV. You should review the website and if any of these projects or offerings excited you mention it during the interview - I am copying two links below. This is great, thank you @RKUn43!
