Base $135k Rsu $10k vested over 3 years Bonus up to 10% - could be more if company does well TC - roughly $152k What do you guys think? Is it more money than you’re making now? Dell is a very huge company, a lot of people I meet in Austin have worked there, seems like no one works very hard or likes it very much.

don't expect to see anywhere near 10% bonus most year, this is bs. You can probably ask for more stocks, but there isn't much margin. what's your level? expert? specialist? master? base pay seems to be good for specialist level, but honestly you will likely never see 10% bonus
