I haven’t gotten one but I’ve heard of the upper levels getting bonus structure. I do have to say by only giving these ppl bonuses, it creates this excess madness. Manager wants a good bonus so they make ICs go crazy while they don’t get anything but are the ones actually doing the work. And yea FAANG vs collins is day and night in comp and business sector.
This is pretty accurate. Generally bonuses are not a thing or small. Keep in mind, this company is huge so some SBUs or groups may get lucky. For ex, currently Arizona is giving out big bonuses for sign ons. But there’s no yearly bonus, only annual merit in March which is about 3-4% depending on your performance. I think M5 and above get bonus structure and that causes a lot of madness as outlined.
I thought Collins did away with bonuses and that’s why a lot of people quit?
Only P5, M5 and above bands. If you are from Meta then you will laugh at Collins salaries though.
Yes. Depending on corporate goal performance, a maximum of 15%. Atleast for P5.
