H1B visa denied
I had moved jobs and my new H1B visa application filed by Amazon has been denied. I am getting married in May and need to travel to India. Can I come back to the US? My previous H1B stamp is valid only till the end of Feb. What are the possible course of actions if I do not intend to move back to India ?

You moved before approval? Why take such a risk? Amazon should be able to help but as far coming back I don’t think it can work unless you have valid visa. Not sure you can continue to work at Amazon as well as your application was denied.
You joined Amazon on receipt?
Had joined on receipt before the approval notice
You have to go back and make India great again.
Find another job ASAP and have them file a H1. Don’t leave the country
You guys are so mean. The OPs problem isn’t the H1b. Didn’t you read the comment on getting married in May? OP, if you don’t intend to go back for the wedding, you should find a citizen to get married here before your visa expires.
