Are you a mtech or btech? Btechs get senior engineer in 3.5years and starting base of senior is 21L for most of the orgs. If btech, it's a pretty good offer.
Mtech+3.5 years
Mtech+4.5 years people usually get lead engineer position with minimum 31L as base. I'm not sure if you will be able to get it this year. AR starts from August/September and you might not get a huge jump in base. As there were no increments this year people with your experience are having a salary<26L. But, next year their salary will jump if promoted.
