Past summer, it was hybrid for our interns (2x in office). Starting next year managers are expected to be in office every day so I would expect interns will be expected every day too. This is a great chance to convert internship to a full time offer, do your best. This is not the time of rest and vest (you have nothing to vest)

Come this summer I expect interns to go FT in office 5 days. By that time expect in person presence going up by 3-4days/week for every one
