Speaking to current employees, very low
Mandatory 4d RTO inspite of backlash 5% layoff without apparent pattern Stocks going from $60ish to $10 Leadership is chaos Most people suspect a round 2 of layoffs So overall, people would move even with matching offers. Moral is very low
