Hi everyone, I just passed the phone interview with qualtrics and they told me there will be an onsite soon. However, I just felt a little bit weird about the process and hope someone can explain to me what's going on. Firstly the phone screen is all about BQ, and today they told me for onsite I could choose to solve the algorithms questions offline and have System Design online. I've never heard of any tech company has offline coding session, and they also mention even if I get offer it will be starting October... is there anybody has the same experience? #qualtrics
All coding rounds can be done offline now if you want. Architecture interviews are still live.
