How high can Qualtrics L5 offer go? Recruiter came up with an initial offer around 325K TC. Base: 170K Stock: 500K Sign on: 10K Can I ask for 190K base, 700K stock and 40K sign on? This should be close to 400K TC or is it outside of L5 range for Qualtrics? #qualtrics
