Google’s L5 stock refreshers 110K is roughly 60% of Qualtrics stock refreshers 180K. Also there is possibility of getting promoted to L6 in qualtrics by the end of 4 years. I don’t think that will happen in Google.

How did you calculate year 1 TC? Numbers dont add up to 400k. If you are adding refreshers then that’s not correct calculation, because you will be granted refreshers end of year 1 which will start vesting in your second year.
Doesn’t refreshers vest every quarter after granted(I mean no clif)? Because stocks vest every quarter after 1 year.
Right but the vesting starts first quarter of second year. Which means you won’t get any refreshers in your first year.
