Quantcast offer
I was wondering what people think of quantcast here. I have a offer with about 110k stock options and was wondering if thats worth taking. The cash is about 10% less than my next best offer but more than what i am making right now. I really liked the team but am not sure if it will be worth waiting for the ipo.

adtech companies are struggling these days, even they go up, I don't believe the stock would be at good price

Quantcast is profitable and seems to be levelheaded about their growth. Slightly boring culture but staffed with sharp and decent folks.
Is the offer from Seattle? How was the offer compared to Microsoft? I heard they are opening up an office in Seattle.
What is your level in MS and what title did quantcast offer you? I am curious about their levels
