Question about fidelity contract

Hello folks, If one joined fidelity with the contract offer even though the interview process was full time & work at fidelity for 3 weeks due to visa timeline(layoffs) and resign for another full-time job. Will the candidate be blacklisted forever by fidelity #interview #it #engineer #layoffs
