Question on Apple refresh RSU

Hi all, I am evaluating an offer from Apple. ICT4 level. Base 225, rsu: 250, annual bonus: 22.5. I would like to know what is the refresh rate at Apple. Recruiter said at least 50k worth of shares every year. Does everyone get some refreshers? Or only a few get Refresh RSU?

That's an awesome offer for ict4. Which org? Most people get refreshers at Apple. It depends on your performance, level and base salary. The range is around 120-180k for ict4.

I really don’t get this offer. Base of 225 for an ICT4 and only 250 RSUs over 4 years doesn’t seem right. 250 RSUs a year seems way too high though.

That is a solid ICT4 offer. I have a friend that got this offer as an ICT5.

Revised my opinion- if YOE is 15, you should be ICT5 with north of 400k comp
