Are they offering a decent TC? I talked to them back in 2013. They were offering me $10/hr for data science/ML internship!
They don't usually have a set standards tbh. I am working as Associate SWE (entry level - no experience) and was offered 85k base and other person who has same role was offered 75k. There are few who were offered 65k too.

For experienced folks it’s after 1 year. In my team engineers with more than 2 years were filled GC after a year. As others mentioned they don’t have set of standards it differs.QL recruiters make false promises. Reaching out to the recruiters with failed promises after joining is waste of time. Get the verbal offers documented in formal offer letter .
